Job Description

Automotive Sales Associate Full-Time | In-Person | Competitive Pay + Bonuses Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Automotive Sales Associate to join our reputable hometown dealership. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and supporting overall dealership success. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and passionate about both sales and the automotive industry. You will play a key role in managing inventory, generating leads, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget. Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and follow up on sales opportunities. Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline to track prospects and close deals. Manage inventory control, ensuring accurate listings and up‑to‑date vehicle availability. Utilize CRM and inventory management software to track customer interactions and sales activity. Present vehicles to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and available financing options. Deliver confident public speaking presentations during vehicle showcases or promotional events. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed dealership sales goals. Guide customers through the entire purchasing process to ensure a seamless, positive experience. Experience & Qualifications Previous retail or automotive sales experience is preferred but not required . Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management software is a plus. Strong phone skills, people skills, and lead‑generation skills are highly valued. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry is beneficial.
