Responsibilities:

Help guests book massage and facial services Recommend memberships and wellness services Create a welcoming experience for every client Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist the front desk team Assist with light cleaning and maintaining a clean, professional environment Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere
