Job Summary - Automotive Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our dealership team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, guide them through the sales process, and build lasting relationships to support repeat business and referrals. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person communication Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies Complete sales paperwork accurately and coordinate with finance staff

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
