In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth by engaging with customers, supporting retail and outside sales initiatives, and providing exceptional service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to negotiate will help foster strong customer relationships and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Assist in executing outside sales strategies by engaging with prospective clients and conducting product presentations. Support retail sales operations through customer service, product demonstrations, and upselling techniques. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, maintaining records, and updating customer databases. Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and outreach efforts. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Support benefits administration related to sales programs and maintain compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA where applicable. Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand the customer base. Communicate clearly across multiple channels, including multilingual interactions, to serve diverse client needs. Experience Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively. Experience in sales administration or marketing is a plus. Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting sales data and market trends. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customer groups. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with insurance sales or benefits administration can be beneficial but is not required. Prior exposure to telemarketing or customer service roles will help you excel in this position.
