Sales Associate - Afterglow (NYC)
COOL PEOPLE NEEDED!
! Afterglow is a modern sexual wellness and lingerie boutique focused on creating a welcoming, stigma-free space where everyone can explore their needs with confidence. We're looking for a personable, emotionally intelligent Sales Associate to join our team. Compensation $17/hour + commission on nearly every sale What You'll Do Provide a warm, non-judgmental, and engaging customer experience Help customers find products that match their needs through thoughtful conversation Educate customers on sexual wellness products in a clear, approachable way Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards Support daily operations including POS transactions and inventory upkeep What We're Looking For High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong communication skills Comfortable speaking openly and respectfully about adult products and sexual wellness Ability to connect with a wide range of people from different backgrounds Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Sales experience is a plus, but not required Why Afterglow?
