In this role, you'll go beyond traditional retail by providing personalized 1-on-1 skincare consultations while also supporting daily store operations and leadership responsibilities. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about skincare education and customer experience. •Compensation is based on experience and performance, with opportunities for review and adjustment following an initial trial period•Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Deliver 1-on-1 skincare consultations by assessing customer concerns and recommending customized K-beauty routines Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, usage, and layering techniques Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase texture, application, and results Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and trust Keyholder & Leadership Duties Open and close the store, including alarm and cash handling procedures Act as a shift leader and point of contact in the absence of management Support daily sales goals and help guide associates during shifts Uphold store policies, brand standards, and loss prevention procedures Operations & Store Support Operate POS systems accurately, including cash and credit card transactions Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandising displays Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and back-stock organization Handle in-store and phone inquiries professionally and confidently Adapt quickly to new products, promotions, and evolving processes in a start-up environment Growth & Contribution Take initiative in learning new systems, products, and operational processes Support the team and management with problem-solving and day-to-day execution Contribute ideas and feedback to improve customer experience and store performance Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of retail sales experience (required) Keyholder, shift lead, or supervisory experience (required) Strong interest in Korean skincare and makeup (skincare knowledge is a plus) Comfortable providing personalized, 1-on-1 customer consultations Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently when needed Business-minded with a genuine interest in growing within a start-up environment (plus) Strong communication skills and ability to explain skincare concepts clearly Experience with POS systems and cash handling Flexible availability Fluent in English.
