Key responsibilities (title) What you'll be doing day to day Key responsibilities (text) As a Retail Sales Co-Worker II, enhancing the shopping experience and attentive customer service to consistently boost sales, you will: Optimize sales and maintain profitability by guiding customers toward high-priority and best-selling products. Build customer relationships to understand their needs and ensure a positive shopping experience both in-store and remotely. Leverage expertise in IKEA's multi-channel retail offerings, empowering customers to shop seamlessly both in-store and remotely, whenever and however they choose. Utilize fundamental measurement and construction techniques, combined with a thorough understanding of complex modular furniture planning and basic design principles, to create planning solutions that effectively meet customers' needs. Demonstrate the ability to analyze and adjust sales space capacities based on system parameters (sales location management) to secure high stock availability. Support the implementation and upkeep of planned and commercial activities in, or involving, your range.
