We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The Role As a Sales Professional, you will be at the forefront of driving B2B sales, engaging with interior designers, architects, and business clients. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and personalized client care. Key Responsibilities •
Sales & Lead Generation:
Drive B2B sales by reaching out to interior designers, architects, and business clients. Conduct both warm and cold calls to generate leads. •
Customer Engagement:
Welcome clients warmly, providing personalized consultations and product guidance. •
Follow-Up & Account Management:
Track leads, manage relationships, and ensure timely follow-up from initial contact through closing. •
Social Media & AI Savvy:
Proficiency in social media platforms and AI tools, with the ability to integrate AI strategies to optimize digital marketing efforts and increase brand visibility. •
Store Appearance & Maintenance:
Ensure the retail space is always clean, neat, and inviting. Dust counters and chairs, fluff pillows, and ensure all displays look perfect at the start of each shift. • Home Measurements (As Needed): To close sales, when requested by clients, visit their home to measure the space and confirm that the selected furniture fits perfectly before finalizing the order. Qualifications (Strictly Required) •
Industry Knowledge:
Previous experience in the furniture industry preferred. •
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in the US or Canada. •
Sales Expertise:
Proven track record in B2B sales and lead generation. •
Software Skills:
Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) and MS Office. •
Education:
Bachelor's Degree. •
Legal:
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. •
Physical Ability:
Comfortable with a dynamic, active role, including light furniture adjustments. Compensation & Benefits •
Base Salary:
$45,000.00 per year •
Vacation Time:
Two weeks of vacation after the first year of employment •
Days Off:
The store is closed every Sunday. The other day off will be determined when the employee starts. •
Holiday Closures:
