Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols. Perform merchandising tasks including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining inventory levels. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to enhance the shopping environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with store operations is a plus. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
