What We Are Looking For:

Technical Design is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of product samples, from development (DVP) through pre-production (PP) and top of production (TOP). This role ensures all samples meet quality standards, align with technical specifications, and are delivered on time to support sales, customer approvals, and production readiness. The position requires strong organization, cross-functional communication, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Review incoming artwork and sample requests through DVP forms. Request and review Technical Packages (TPs) and mechanicals from the apparel team. Ensure all TPs and mechanicals align with club booklets and design specifications. Submit complete sample requests to factories, including all required documentation. Track and communicate sample ETAs to the sales team. Inspect received samples against TPs, mechanicals, and artwork for accuracy. Photograph samples and maintain organized customer photo archives. Coordinate shipment of samples to sales teams or clients. Monitor purchase orders (POs) to track PP and TOP sample deadlines. Organize incoming PP and TOP samples by PO. Measure samples and accurately input data into PLM systems. Review PP and TOP samples against approved standards and specifications. Communicate approvals, rejections, and feedback to factories. Maintain accurate logs of approved samples in PLM and PO tracking systems. Verify availability of in-house samples for photo requests. Follow up with sales teams on customer approvals for DVP samples. Share customer feedback and approvals with factories to support production improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in apparel design or technical design (internship experience accepted).
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and apparel terminology.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of PLM systems a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Passion for sports apparel and an eagerness to grow within the industry.
