Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Associate to join our team at K Beauty Outlet. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience and is comfortable taking initiative by approaching customers, building relationships, and recommending products to help maximize sales. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in navigating our wide range of beauty and skincare products, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs. We are seeking someone who is hardworking, reliable, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. The right candidate is proactive, friendly, and passionate about helping customers find the best products while contributing to an increase in sales. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn about our products are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits Educate customers on skincare routines and product usage to help them choose the right items Upsell and cross-sell related products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options Support store operations through inventory management, including stock replenishment and product rotation Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment at all times Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and skincare trends to better assist customers Work toward sales goals while delivering excellent customer service Handle customer questions, concerns, and product inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
