Base Pay Range:
$90,000-$115,000 Targeted Annual Commission:
$16,920 District Manager - Automotive Tire Retail Drive Market Performance. Build High-Impact Teams. Lead with Influence. Dealer Tire is seeking a District Manager to lead performance, people, and operational excellence across a multi-location dealership portfolio in the Newark market. This is a field-based leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing top talent, and strengthening partnerships with dealership leadership. You'll serve as the senior market leader, owning execution, accountability, and results across your district. What You'll Own Market Leadership & Business Performance Lead end-to-end performance across multiple dealership locations, driving tire and Maintenance & Light Repair (MLR) growth Translate market data into actionable strategies that improve revenue, penetration, and customer retention Analyze KPIs (RO trends, pricing, alignment sales, and competitive positioning) to identify opportunities and risks Drive execution of pricing, inventory, and product strategies to maximize profitability across the district People Leadership & Talent Development Directly lead and develop a team of Tire Service Advisors and frontline leaders across your market Build a strong bench through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning Deliver consistent field coaching, feedback, and formal performance evaluations to elevate individual and team performance Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus Operational Excellence Ensure consistent execution of Dealer Tire's service model, tools, and standards across all locations Optimize service lane sales processes—from customer engagement to closing—to increase conversion and ticket value Lead scorecard reviews and business planning sessions with clear follow-through and accountability Strategic Partnership & Influence Act as the primary partner to Service Managers, General Managers, Parts Managers, and OEM stakeholders Influence dealership leadership to adopt best practices that improve financial and operational outcomes Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute growth initiatives and new program launches Field Leadership Presence Maintain a strong in-market presence, spending the majority of time in dealerships coaching, inspecting, and driving execution Conduct both planned and unplanned visits to ensure alignment to standards and reinforce behaviors that drive results What Makes You Successful Proven success leading multi-site operations or district-level teams Strong ability to coach, influence, and drive behavior change in the field Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action Experience building partnerships with senior dealership leadership Track record of delivering sales growth, operational improvements, and team development Why This Role Own a defined market with full performance accountability Lead a scalable, high-impact business within a growing organization Shape talent, culture, and results across multiple locations Partner directly with leaders to influence strategy and execution Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
