Job Description

Corinne Jewelers is growing, and we're adding an experienced jewelry salesperson to our team. You'll join a small, high-performing team at a family-owned store that's been Toms River's jeweler since 1964. Our top associates sell over $1M a year, and we've built the training, coaching, and tools to get you there. About us Corinne Jewelers is a third-generation family business on North Main Street in Toms River. We specialize in engagement and bridal (A. Jaffe, Gabriel & Co.), fine jewelry, custom design, in-house repair, and estate & gold buying. 60+ years in, we're investing in our team harder than ever — structured selling framework, monthly one-on-one coaching, weekly performance insights, and a real client-development system. What you'll do
  • Guide engagement and bridal customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives
  • Sell fine jewelry, custom design, and repair services across the floor
  • Build and work your own client book — birthdays, anniversaries, life events — with tools we provide
  • Handle repair intake and introduce customers to our gold & estate buying services
  • Contribute to store events like our annual Anniversary Sale What we're looking for
Required:
  • Jewelry sales or luxury retail experience — you know how to build trust around a considered, emotional purchase
  • A clienteling mindset: you follow up, you remember people, you build a book
  • Saturday availability (we're closed Sundays and Mondays — you get both off, every week) Nice to have:
  • Bridal/engagement experience; diamond knowledge (GIA coursework a plus)
  • An existing client following in Ocean or Monmouth County Pay & benefits
  • Hourly base (depending on experience) + commission + monthly bonus program
  • Realistic first-year total earnings: $60,000
  • 100,000 depending on experience and production — top performers here earn six figures
  • PTO, employee purchase program, closed Sundays & Mondays
  • Real training: our 8-session selling framework, a written playbook, monthly coaching 1:1s
