The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of the automotive industry. This role requires effective communication and negotiation abilities to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. The Wholesale Manager will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Duties Develop and implement wholesale strategies to increase sales and market share. Manage relationships with existing wholesale clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Business to Business submissions on a daily basis Oversee inventory control processes to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking inventory and service requests. Collaborate with the sales team to align wholesale initiatives with overall company goals. Obtain distributer credits and apply to accounts Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and inventory levels. Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and timely responses to inquiries. Dispatch and manage daily delivers to optimize time and milage for drivers Requirements Proven experience in a wholesale management role or similar position within the automotive and or tire industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in math for accurate pricing, budgeting, and inventory analysis. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and suppliers. Experience negotiating contracts and pricing agreements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
