UPS Store Sales Associate

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and efficient UPS Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of package handling, logistics management, and customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and prepare packages for delivery.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and conveyor systems safely.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of packages and shipments.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support team members in achieving operational goals and targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or shipping environment.
• Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Familiarity with shipping software and technology is a plus.

• Working Conditions:

• Frequent lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
• Work in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
