Duties Greet customers warmly in both languages, creating a welcoming environment that encourages engagement Assist customers with retail purchases, product inquiries, and service options using strong sales techniques Support banking and financial services by explaining products such as loans, accounts, or financial software solutions Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and cash management procedures Process loan applications and perform basic math calculations to verify figures and ensure accuracy Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and guiding customers through their transactions Maintain organized records of sales activities, cash register operations, and customer interactions to ensure compliance and efficiency Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments with a focus on engaging diverse clientele Knowledge of banking or financial services products, including loan processing and financial software systems Strong math skills, including basic calculations and retail math proficiency (e.g., 10 key typing) Excellent communication skills in both languages, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently Ability to handle cash accurately while demonstrating strong attention to detail in cash handling and cashiering tasks Familiarity with cash management procedures and the use of financial software tools for transaction processing Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving approach Embark on a rewarding career where your bilingual skills make a difference!
