Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payment handling. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist with food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support food delivery by managing order accuracy and timely service. Engage in upselling and suggestive selling to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Ability to handle food safely, maintain sanitation standards, and follow health regulations. Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math proficiency. Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous.
