Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and provide exceptional customer service in a dispensary setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on various strains and consumption methods
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock and rotate products on shelves and displays
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a cannabis dispensary or related industry
- Strong knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of product levels
