As a Beauty Expert, you will embody the spirit of the brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences that inspire and motivate. You will use your deep knowledge of beauty and skincare to provide tailored advice that meets the unique needs of each customer, whether they are dropping by for a quick visit or looking for a complete makeover. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork, creativity, and passion are key to success.

Requirements Your Role:

Deliver outstanding customer service, making every customer feel beautiful and valued. Demonstrate and apply products to customers, ensuring they leave with a memorable and engaging experience. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team. Stay informed about new product launches and engage with customers about beauty trends and tips. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic store atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in beauty retail or as a makeup artist is preferred. Strong passion for the beauty industry, particularly for the Charlotte Tilbury brand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs. Strong team player with a positive attitude.
