In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find the products they need. Bilingual abilities and previous supervisory experience are a plus. This position offers an engaging work environment where your sales skills and product knowledge will contribute directly to store success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and manage inventory levels Handle cashier duties including cash handling, retail math calculations, and balancing registers Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist with phone etiquette to answer questions and direct calls appropriately Requirements Prior retail sales experience preferred Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or others) preferred Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math calculations Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle cash handling accurately and responsibly Good phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone Supervising experience is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an opportunity to develop your retail skills in a dynamic environment dedicated to customer satisfaction.
