And we're looking for sales professionals with a passion for health, fitness, and people to help us grow our community and transform lives across Albuquerque. What You'll Do as a Sales Associate at StretchLab You'll be the welcoming face and voice of StretchLab , providing a world-class experience from the very first conversation to the first stretch. Your role is to connect with people, guide them on their wellness journey, and turn interest into membership commitment. Sales & Membership Growth Make 50+ daily outbound calls to connect with new leads and follow up with past prospects Lead high-energy studio tours and intro stretch sessions that inform, inspire, and engage Confidently close membership and package sales by focusing on long-term results—not just price Handle objections with empathy and confidence, positioning StretchLab as a must-have part of a healthy lifestyle Promote retail products and upgraded services tailored to support individual mobility, recovery, and performance goals Client Experience & Studio Operations Deliver an exceptional, personal experience to each guest. Manage studio check-ins, calls, bookings, and service issues with a calm, professional approach Collaborate closely with Flexologists and managers to ensure the studio runs smoothly Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Use tools like ClubReady or similar CRM software to manage lead tracking, follow-ups, and your sales pipeline Marketing & Community Engagement Represent StretchLab at local wellness fairs, outdoor markets, and community events across Albuquerque Contribute to social media content and studio marketing initiatives that drive local awareness and engagement Be a visible ambassador for StretchLab—whether you're in the studio, at an event, or simply out in the community Who You Are You have experience in fitness, wellness, or service-based sales (e.g. gyms, studios, spas, physiotherapy clinics, or personal training) You're energized by connecting with others—especially over the phone and in person You're a confident closer who believes in the benefits of assisted stretching and holistic wellness You bring warmth, authenticity, and emotional intelligence to every interaction You're organized, goal-driven, and comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work truly makes a difference You're available to work at least 20-25 hours per week , including one weekend day What You'll Get Competitive base pay + commission + performance bonuses Free and discounted stretch sessions to keep your body strong and your energy high Growth opportunities with a leading international wellness brand A purpose-driven studio culture centered on health, connection, and helping others live better Ready to Help Albuquerque Move Better and Feel Better—Every Day?
