Job Description

Role Summary:
For this particular position, we are interviewing
BILINGUAL
candidates ONLY, with weekend and weekend evening availability! Are you a cannabis enthusiast who wants to share your passion and knowledge with others? Or, are you looking to transition industries and to learn new and transferable skills by way of playing an integral part role in the success of a dispensary? Our Anthony, NM location may be the place for you! As a Part-time Budtender for Rocky Mountain Cannabis in Anthony, you are responsible for working cohesively with store leadership to ensure the business runs efficiently and remains profitable to the organization. We expect professionalism and high customer service from all budtenders.
Budtender Duties:
Educate customers on products and help customers make purchases that are based on informed decisions. Maintain knowledge of all products, strains, and deals. Abide by all NM CCD rules and regulations. Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of CCD laws. Demonstrate high quality customer service and care. Abide by all RMC processes, policies, and procedures. Maintain current knowledge of all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to the legal sale of cannabis products. Ensure all sales are conducted and finalized compliantly in accordance with local and state regulations. Sell products accurately and compliantly through a point- of - sale system. Maintaining sales goals on a daily and weekly basis. Keep store properly stocked, organized, and clean with all products, apparel, and supplies. Interacting and engaging with guests via phone, window service, and on the sales floor. Set the example on the sales floor but giving great service and being a leader in sales and ATV. Utilize sales best practices to drive revenue. Processing and accurately handling large amounts of cash on a daily basis. Ensure inventory is managed with integrity. Maintain RMC's core values at all times. Support all RMC members as needed. Other duties as assigned. Work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Education & Experience:
Experience in the marijuana industry preferred. Must be 21 years of age or over. High school diploma preferred. Honest and Dependable, and strong communication skills are a must. Willing to work long days and weekends with a flexible work schedule, based on business needs. Customer Service experience preferred.
