As a key ambassador for our brand, you will provide exceptional service to customers seeking guidance on a wide range of cannabis products. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help educate customers, recommend suitable products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs, preferences, and experience levels Educate customers on product effects, usage methods, and responsible consumption practices Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, enhancing customer engagement Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product stock levels are replenished regularly Assist with stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and managing product inventory counts Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders remotely Support compliance with all regulatory requirements related to cannabis sales and age restrictions Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits Qualifications Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment with POS systems familiarity Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual language(s) to serve diverse customers effectively Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is highly desirable Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about the industry's regulations and offerings Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining customer trust Basic understanding of retail math, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations Previous experience working in a grocery store or retail setting that emphasizes customer engagement Join us as a Budtender and become part of an innovative industry dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through education, quality products, and outstanding service.
