Retail Sales Associate / Budtender Farmington, NM 87402 $15 an hour - Part-time $15 an hour - Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Hospitality:
Deliver a hospitable experience. Greet guests warmly, listen actively, and provide professional guidance through our product selection.Operational Excellence:
Utilize our point-of-sale platform (Dutchie) to process transactions accurately, maintain pristine cash handling, and enforce strict state inventory compliance.Store Presentation:
Maintain an immaculate, organized storefront that reflects our high brand and regulatory standards.Qualifications:
A naturally positive, professional attitude with a passion for customer service.Compliance Mindset:
Accountable, punctual, law-abiding, and exceptionally detail-oriented. Comfortable learning and navigating digital inventory and retail software. Must meet all New Mexico state-mandated age and background requirements for industry employment.What We Offer:
