Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our Gallup Sales team. Our company strives for customer service, our sales associate uphold the company mission to help customers in-store with an outgoing fashionable personality, create online content and conduct online livestream sales when needed. A love for western fashion, and accessories is a must have to connect with customers in-store and online. Asdzaa Boutique offers the latest western fashionable accessories and with our location we're looking for a vibrant and customer oriented personality to join our team; your energy and communication skills will be essential in fostering a welcoming environment, ensuring every visitor leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Conduct online social media live sales with an outgoing and customer driven attitude to ensure an easy online shopping experience. Ability to create online fashionable content, create a fun and lively shopping environment through social media content! Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Utilize basic math skills for sales transactions and inventory management. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, fostering a welcoming environment. Assist in product demonstrations and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or specialty stores Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to enhance the shopping experience Comfortable and enthusiastic modeling skills are a plus to help virtual customers!
