Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cannabis and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding cannabis products. Provide accurate information about various strains, products, and their effects. Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on safe usage. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with transactions and ensure accurate sales. Upsell products by recommending complementary items based on customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring all products are properly displayed. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about products and services. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and company policies to better assist customers. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a grocery store or similar environment. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively engage with customers. A proactive approach to upselling and product demonstrations to enhance the customer experience.
