Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our products effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer inquiries while maintaining a positive shopping experience. A strong work ethic, punctuality, and pride of workmanship is required. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle transactions accurately. Engage in upselling and merchandising techniques to promote products and enhance sales. Maintain a monthly calendar of store sales. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling, ensuring accurate cash register operations. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries. Foster a welcoming environment for all customers, addressing their needs with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as it enhances customer interaction. Experience in supervising staff is advantageous but not mandatory. Basic math skills required for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
