Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience; develop and maintain customer relationships. Upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales and to exceed the oval store goals. Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cashiering and cash handling Support in performing retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales tracking Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and stocktaking Assist with supervising store activities when needed, ensuring smooth operations Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting at all times Skills Customer service excellence with a friendly attitude and problem-solving skills Upselling techniques to promote products effectively without being pushy Proficiency with POS systems and cashiering procedures Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening. Knowledge of retail store operations Ability to perform basic & retail math accurately for pricing and sales analysis. Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos Compensation $18.00- $25.00 per hour Commission Yes Hours Per Week 20-29 Paid Training Yes Pay Frequency Bi-Weekly Shift Announcement Bi-Weekly Employees working per shift. 5 or fewer
