Position Overview We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Retail Team Member to help manage day-to-day store operations and deliver excellent customer service. You'll often be working independently, so confidence and accountability are key. This position is part-time, 2-3 days per week with a SET schedule, Sundays & Mondays, with a 1/2 day that is flexible. Sunday & Monday availability is required. Who This Role Is Perfect For This position is ideal for someone who: Enjoys working independently and self-managing their day Takes pride in staying organized and on top of details Thrives in a positive, low-drama environment Likes connecting with customers but doesn't need constant direction Is dependable, proactive, and naturally takes initiative Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment Help customers find products and offer thoughtful recommendations Learn product details and stay engaged with customer preferences Inventory & Merchandising Keep displays fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and adjustments in Shopify Notice trends and communicate what's selling Store Upkeep Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting store throughout the day Refresh displays and keep the space aligned with our brand Receiving & Operations Process incoming shipments (check, tag, and enter into POS) Assist with online orders and shipping Open/close the store and handle daily operations responsibly Social Media (Optional Bonus) Contribute to Instagram content (stories, new arrivals, etc.) Ownership Mindset Solve problems and take initiative without waiting to be asked Protect the store's vibe and presentation Keep learning about our brands and customers Qualifications 1-2 years retail or customer service experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Comfortable working independently and making decisions Strong attention to detail (especially with inventory and pricing) Basic comfort with POS systems (Shopify a plus) and social media Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Weekend/holiday availability Pay & Perks $18-$20/hour depending on experience Generous employee discount Free downtown parking on scheduled workdays Supportive, respectful, and drama-free work environment Opportunity to grow with a well-established local business How to Apply Please email your resume + a short note about why this role is a good fit for you.
