You will guide homeowners and contractors through technical projects, from selecting the right wood stove to designing efficient irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert Consulting:

Partner with homeowners and contractors on Fireplaces, Stoves, Irrigation Supplies, and Landscaping solutions.

Full-Cycle Sales:

Manage the process from initial lead generation to closing the deal and processing POS transactions.

Omnichannel Communication:

Connect with clients in-person, over the phone, and via email with a solution-focused mindset.

Team Collaboration:

Work with co-workers to maintain accurate inventory and a high-standard showroom environment.

Merchandise Management:

Keep up-to-date with product features and assist with inventory control procedures. Who You Are (Qualifications) Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Proven Sales Experience:

You understand the sales process and know how to build trust with a diverse clientele.

Technical Aptitude:

Ability to learn and explain complex concepts (like fireplace venting or irrigation pressure) clearly and concisely.

Reliable & Driven:

You have a "go the extra mile" attitude and a track record of excellent attendance.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable being on your feet in a fast-paced environment and able to lift 20 lbs.

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent), Valid Driver's License, and ability to be insured.
