Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations based on their needs and preferences Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments with care Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are attractively presented Conduct regular inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment, and manage product rotation to minimize waste Uphold all safety, security, and compliance protocols related to cannabis sales and store operations Upsell products by highlighting new arrivals or complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Communicate effectively with team members and customers via phone etiquette or in-person interactions, including bilingual support when needed Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment, with a focus on customer service excellence.
