Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant retail environment dedicated to wellness and education. As a key ambassador, you'll assist customers in selecting products, share expert knowledge through product demos, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage through engaging demos. Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts. Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked attractively on shelves. Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks. Upsell relevant products by understanding customer preferences and recommending complementary items. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information remotely. Supervise or assist with team members as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations. Follow all safety protocols, including responsible product handling and compliance with regulations. Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations. Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in retail or similar settings. Ability to conduct engaging product demos confidently and clearly. Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups preferred. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette. Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math for inventory accuracy. Experience in retail sales environments such as grocery stores or specialty shops is advantageous. Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and transaction accuracy. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
