Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach campaigns Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts Conduct B2B sales negotiations, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs and close deals effectively Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage customer data, and streamline sales processes Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and Metal/Fabrication sales practices for high-end product offerings Deliver compelling public speaking presentations at industry events or client meetings to promote products and services Assist Superior Salesperson(s) with Order Management and Follow Through Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or Industrial sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Exceptional negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual proficiency preferred) Strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, follow-ups, and maintaining a clean sales pipeline Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory control systems to support efficient sales operations Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport with clients over the phone or in person Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing strategies and inventory management Experience in dealership environments or public speaking engagements is a plus for representing the brand confidently Join us as a Salesperson and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while achieving ambitious sales goals. Pay:

$48,986.74 - $85,000.00 per year
