Overview As a Cricket Wireless Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best mobile solutions. Your energetic approach and product knowledge will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our store. This role offers a vibrant environment where your sales skills and passion for technology can truly shine. Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening Demonstrate products and features, including performing product demos to showcase benefits Assist customers with selecting devices, plans, and accessories that fit their lifestyle Upsell additional services, accessories, or plans to maximize customer value Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-organized and inviting Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product offerings to inform customers effectively Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably with supervising or leadership roles Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for transactions Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management in retail or grocery store settings Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and benefits Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly Demonstrated upselling skills to increase sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Join us as a Retail Sales Consultant and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-tier wireless solutions.
