Compensation:

$40,000 yearly + commission

Responsibilities:

Communicate with in-house groups like installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market Find and connect with contractors, builders, and property owners who are interested in HVAC services Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines Lead generation and outreach directed towards the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industries.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required Possess 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
