In this role, you will focus on law enforcement and military equipment sales to federal, state, and local government agencies nationwide. As a trusted distributor for many premium brands that government buyers often request by name, you will be in a strong, in-demand position every day. Your primary focus will be responding promptly to incoming inquiries and actively searching published solicitations to identify and win new opportunities. Government spending is consistent and reliable, providing steady revenue potential in a stable B2G environment. This is a commission-heavy sales role where your income is directly tied to your proactive effort and results. Top performers earn significant income through uncapped commissions by converting inquiries and solicitations into closed sales. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly and professionally to incoming inquiries from law enforcement and military agencies Proactively search and monitor published government solicitations using industry tools and software systems Conduct active follow-up on all inquiries and bids to move opportunities forward Present and close deals on premium law enforcement and military equipment, highlighting our exclusive brand portfolio Accurately prepare and submit bids, quotes, and supporting documentation in a timely manner Maintain detailed records in our CRM and government portals Stay responsive to agency inquiries via phone and email (even outside core hours when needed) to maximize commissions Continuously improve efficiency by mastering our sales tools and solicitation-tracking systems What You Bring Proven sales experience (B2G or government sales preferred; any consultative or high-volume sales background is a plus) Strong initiative and a proactive sales mentality—you are money-motivated and understand what it takes to close deals Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Enthusiastic, professional communicator who excels at building relationships over the phone and email Highly organized and tech-savvy, with a progressive approach to using tools and software systems Reliable, committed to long-term employment and career stability Clean criminal background (required due to the nature of law enforcement and military equipment sales) Knowledge of law enforcement or military equipment is a bonus but not required—we will fully train the right person What We Offer High earning potential - Competitive base + uncapped commission structure (top performers earn well into six figures) Consistent and reliable revenue stream from steady government spending Work with premium brands that are requested by name, giving you a competitive edge on every opportunity Short core office hours (9 AM - 3 PM, Monday-Friday) with the flexibility to earn more by responding to inquiries outside those hours Stable, long-term work environment—most of our team members have been with us for years Supportive team culture that rewards hustle, accuracy, and results Comprehensive training on our premium product lines, government processes, solicitation tools, and best practices If you are a self-starter who thrives on proactive follow-up, enjoys using tools to find and win government opportunities, and is looking for a stable, long-term career with reliable income in the law enforcement and military equipment sector, we want to hear from you.
