Welcome each customer as they enter, guide them through product selections, answer questions, and provide helpful insights.

Drive Sales and Build Relationships:

Proactively navigate sales, identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and strive to meet average order goals per shift.

Customer-Focused Fulfillment:

Process in-store and online orders with accuracy, ensuring order details are verified and completed swiftly.

Regulatory Compliance:

Check and verify each customer's ID and follow all Cannabis Compliance Board and Thrive policies to uphold a safe, compliant retail environment.

Facilitate Smooth Operations :

Communicate effectively with team members to manage customer flow, optimize store efficiency, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Maintain High Standards:

Keep the store and facility areas clean, organized, and inviting, while adhering to all company protocols for a secure, customer-oriented environment.

Stay Informed and Engaged:

Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, cannabis regulations, and Thrive's current inventory to provide the best service possible.

Experience:

2+ years in retail sales preferred Ability to obtain necessary state and city work cards

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Wage :

Starting at $14.00 per hour, with bonus opportunities

Supplemental Wage Opportunity:
