About Us whats Crepe is a fast-paced dessert shop serving fresh Japanese-inspired crepes, drinks, and matcha. We take pride in delivering high-quality service and handcrafted products with speed, accuracy, and a friendly service. Job Summary We're looking for motivated, fast, and reliable team members who thrive in high-pressure environments and enjoy multitasking. You'll rotate between front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, helping us meet high demand while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and efficiency. Work Hours Shifts typically range from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM Availability on weekdays is strongly preferred Weekend shifts may also be required Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude Take orders accurately and handle payments as cashier Prepare drinks and crepes to standard recipes Perform prep work (cutting fruit, restocking, batching ingredients) Clean and sanitize surfaces, tools, and equipment Take out trash and assist in closing/opening duties Lift boxes and supplies (up to 50 lbs) Work as a team to keep operations smooth and timely Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong multitasking and time management skills Must be a team player with a positive, friendly attitude Must have or obtain a valid food handler's card Able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Preferred but Not Required Weekday availability Experience in boba shop, café, or fast food environments Bilingual skills (English + other languages)
