Responsibilities Our Retail Specialist will be excited to provide our guests with the highest quality customer service. You will be responsible for retail sales and reception-oriented duties, providing guests with the highest quality of customer service. This includes greeting guests, attending to their needs, arranging appointments, selling and suggesting products, and taking payment for services and product sales. You will be assigned to work in the CR Shops. You'll need to be able to describe yourself as a self-starter with a positive attitude and a real sense of ownership and teamwork. This role will include monitoring of sales performance as you will review and learn the importance of selling reports to generate business-driving insights in partnership with the Senior Director of Retail. This role will assist with placing new orders and reorders for the Vegas retail location. Throughout a typical day, you can expect to take payment for retail products in CR Shops while adhering to our cash handling policies and procedures, and also assist with maintaining a clean and well-stocked retail area, including inventory counts. Qualifications You will need to have a High School diploma or equivalent. You will also need a minimum of six months to 1 year' Retail Sales experience in a high-end retail outlet or any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. You will also need to have a minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience with basic computer skills. It's preferred that you have a minimum ability to type at 30 w.p.m. To be successful, you will need have excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive and/or confrontational situations. You will need to be self- motivated, creative, and be able to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members, have strong judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will also need strong organizational and computer skills, and attention to detail. #LI-KE1
