Role:
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our 7-Eleven store in Las Vegas (Penwood / Arville). As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the store—greeting customers, handling transactions, restocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and welcoming. Whether you're looking to grow with us or need a steady, flexible job, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and efficient manner Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain store cleanliness, including counters, shelves, and restrooms Restock and organize merchandise on shelves and in coolers Monitor and report inventory levels and product expiration Follow all safety and security guidelines
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older Reliable transportation to/from the store Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (but not required)
