THE JOB:
As a VIP Lounge Representative at The Cosmopolitan, you'll be the face of elevated service. In this role, you'll greet and assist VIP guests with check-in, check-out, and personalized services. You'll ensure seamless communication with internal departments to meet guest needs, maintain the lounge's appearance and amenities, and handle inquiries with professionalism and care. Your knowledge of hotel offerings, from dining to entertainment, will help guests make the most of their stay.
THE STARTING RATE
$22.50 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Deliver seamless VIP check-in/out experiences with professionalism and efficiency Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring special requests and amenities are handled flawlessly Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages or show tickets Accurately process payments, post charges/credits, and maintain cash handling standards Open and close the VIP Lounge daily, managing reports, room assignments, amenities, and key delivery Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guest inquiries and reservations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years of prior relevant guest service experience required 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Front Desk Clerk or Concierge preferred Valid Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness card required to start
