Retail Associate

Overview Retail Sales Associate Assists customers by helping them select products. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Responds to customers' questions. Responsibilities Drives sales through engagement of customers Greets and receives customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner. Work with fellow co-workers and management to keep retail space clean and always organized. Maintain product on sales floor and filling backstock throughout assigned shift. Responsible for a point-of-sale register and accepting credit cards, cash, comps or in payment of retail items. Verifying identity of customers when using comps as a form of payment for retail items. Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. Performs any other duties as assigned.
