Taco Shop Lead

Responsible for leading assigned Team Members in the successful completion of assigned tasks, projects, and job duties.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Assist with training and developing department staff, as assigned including Thrifty?s Ice Cream. Provide direction to assigned staff and oversee projects assigned to staff. Act as a liason, as necessary, between line staff and departmental leadership to ensure leadership is aware of any challenges with job performance, staffing levels, and/or job tasks Take and prepare orders to standards. Ensure quality of food, completion of shift work, opening and closing standards, and restaurant in show condition. Complete transaction duties for purchase and closeout. Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members. Performs other duties as assigned.
