In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers. Perform product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment. Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including sales floors and stock areas.
