Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to keep the store organized, appealing, and well-stocked Engage customers in retail sales by offering product recommendations and promoting special deals or promotions Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory counts Requirements Previous cashiering experience with proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customers effectively Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in a retail environment is a plus Ability to perform basic math for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts accurately Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales experience is advantageous Willingness to perform product demos, upselling, merchandising, stocking, and other store duties as needed Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to grow their retail expertise while delivering outstanding service.
