Your Role As a member of the Event Services team, you will be at the heart of unforgettable experiences. You will support a wide variety of events across dynamic venues, serving as a frontline ambassador for guests attending concerts, conventions, special events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Checking guest bags upon arrival Provide ticket taking services Assist people in finding their destination and answer any questions they may have Greeting guests in a polite and friendly manner Ensure safety of the guests and venue Responsible for money handling. Previous experience required Monitoring and directing parking and traffic Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required Nevada PILB license (or ability to obtain) preferred but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is a must. Enjoy working as part of a team. Have a professional attitude and appearance.

About the company:

As the leading private security provider in the Northern Nevada area, the ESI Security Services family has been assisting Northern Nevada and California for the past twenty years. Originally established as Events Services, Inc. by owner Mike Hendi in 1989, the company had only a handful of employees and one company vehicle. Since its inception, Events Services has grown to include over 450 employees, a vast array of services, and a fleet of over 50 company vehicles. ESI Security Services, which started as the patrol division of Events Services, Inc., has become its own company and has taken over all security aspects ranging from onsite security to patrol inspection services.
