Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in sales efforts by promoting products or services that meet customer needs. Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong office skills including proficiency in computer applications and data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions. Experience with cash handling is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our capacity to serve a diverse clientele.
