Responsibilities:
- Enjoy a fun, creative working environment!
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and projects
- To give the customers a "Disneyland" experience
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the studio
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate with customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- To work well with fellow team members to get the daily tasks completed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, and/or restaurant experience is not required but a plus!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting customer inquiries
