Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to foster a positive shopping environment Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly Manage cash handling with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their purchase experience Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking orders Engage in retail sales activities by promoting products, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations Collaborate with team members and supervise staff when needed to ensure smooth store operations Use basic math skills for daily sales calculations, discounts, and inventory counts Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
