Duties Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and organized Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers Support inventory management through proper stock rotation and basic math calculations for food quantities Uphold health regulations by practicing proper sanitation procedures in the kitchen and dining areas Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail food environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in culinary arts or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality food and outstanding service!
